LE Training is a course for teenagers between 14 and 18 years old. The programme is designed to give teenagers very practical training in the skills and disciplines of being an effective follower of Jesus, developing leadership skills and equipping them to share their faith. The course runs for 12 sessions including a ministry training weekend and culminating in a weeks mission trip. We have currently run several courses with over 200 young people completing the training.

The aim throughout the entire project is to end up with a group of young, trained, inspired people, some of whom will be able to lead groups, youth clubs, evangelism teams, etc. It is also hoped that, having had a taster of Christian training, some may be inspired to go on to a longer term training course, and eventually training for full time ministry.
